Many motorists, having seen the SUV in the photo, believe that after the change of generations, the Hyundai Creta 2023 model year appeared in a new body. But it is not so. Although the Korean model, of course, received tangible changes both in its appearance and in terms of trim levels. The technical characteristics of the car have not fundamentally changed, but the price of the cross has become much higher.
Prime
This is the starting modification of the Korean SUV, at a price of 1.859 million rubles. This version includes the following services:

The third version of the Hyundai Creta will cost 2.07-2.15 million rubles. The list of features of this modification additionally includes:

The list of its features includes: a panoramic roof, leather interior, windshield, as well as heated glass washer nozzles, monitoring the situation in “blind” zones, front parking sensor, 10.25-inch multimedia touchscreen, all-round visibility, navigator, half-size “reserve”.
Smart
This is the flagship version of the cross, worth 2.66 million rubles. It includes:
- heated rear seats;

Geometry
So, the 2021 Hyundai Creta is an off-road geometry test. The Creta loses out to all of its closest competitors, including the glamorous version of the Duster, the Renault Captur. Everyone has more than 200 mm under the bottom, but here it is 190.
And such an important off-road parameter as the angles of entry and exit is mediocre here. And compared to the Renault Duster, in general, modest. The approach angle is 21 degrees, for the Duster it is 30. The departure angle is 28 degrees, and for the Duster it is as much as 36. And although the all-wheel drive designs here are similar to the Hyundai Tussan, in terms of numbers, in terms of pure geometry, the Renault Duster seems more like an SUV.

Unfortunately, there is not much to say about the exterior. Appearance is not bad, somewhat reminiscent of Mitsubishi ASX or Peugeot from different angles. This is not a “design stroke”, you won’t really “admire the lines” here, but in general it’s normal.
Motor line
All available domestic reviews of the new Hyundai Creta crossover demonstrate the absence of heavy fuel ICE for the Russian consumer. The choice of gasoline engines, of course, is not as rich as that of Mercedes Benz GLS but for the budget sector it is quite worthy:
- Gamma 1.6 D-CVVT – a four-cylinder engine with a volume of 1.6 liters and a power of 123 hp. Equipped with a multi-point injection system, timing chain drive and two camshafts. The internal combustion engine provides acceleration to “100” in 12.3 seconds with a manual transmission and 12.1 with an automatic transmission.
- Nu 2.0 D-CVVT – a four-cylinder unit with a volume of 2 liters and a power of 149 hp. Equipped with MPi and DOHC systems, the block is made of aluminum alloy. With manual transmission, the engine accelerates to 100 km / h in 10.7 seconds, and with automatic transmission – in 11.3 seconds.
